Take the split squat, for example. It mimics walking, climbing, and bending, while building strength and stability in each leg independently. This makes it a cornerstone in our personal training sessions. Add in rows, and you’re improving posture and pulling strength, key for reducing back and shoulder tension—especially for those who sit at desks all day. We even include ladder drills, which may look like fun footwork, but they’re designed to build agility, balance, and brain-body coordination.
