If your child is active, plays sports, or simply wants to move better and build confidence, this summer is a great opportunity to develop real athletic skills.

We’re excited to offer a 3-week Speed & Performance Camp led by Coach Josh Morton, designed specifically for youth athletes looking to improve speed, coordination, and overall athletic ability.

Program Overview

This is a structured, progressive program that builds each week. Every session is designed to help athletes move more efficiently, develop better body control, and improve performance across any sport.

Dates: Weeks of June 1st, June 8th, and June 15th
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Ages: K–8 athletes

What This Camp Focuses On

This is not just running laps or random drills.

Each session is intentionally designed to improve:

  • Speed and acceleration
  • Coordination and body control
  • Agility and movement mechanics
  • Confidence in athletic movement

Athletes will learn how to move more efficiently, which carries over to sports like soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse, and more.

Many youth athletes play their sport regularly but never work on the foundational skills that improve performance.

Speed, coordination, and movement mechanics are trainable. When developed early, they help:

  • Reduce risk of injury

Led by Coach Josh Morton

Coach Josh brings a strong background in working with athletes and understands how to teach movement in a way that is both effective and age-appropriate.

Program Pricing

  • $300 for the full program (6 sessions)
  • $75 drop-in option

Spots are limited to ensure each athlete receives proper coaching and attention.
