50 Strong is a 50-day guided strength training and accountability program running January 12 through March 3, designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body—without extreme workouts or restrictive dieting.

What’s Included in 50 Strong

Train three times per week in ThriveFit’s coached small group strength training sessions. Every workout is structured, scalable, and focused on safe, effective strength training. Coaches know your goals and injury history and adjust exercises as needed.
✔ Before & After InBody Scan
We use InBody body composition scans to track real progress, including muscle mass, body fat, and overall body composition—so you’re not relying on the scale alone.
✔ Weekly Check-Ins & Accountability
You’ll receive weekly check-ins to help you stay consistent, adjust when needed, and stay motivated—especially during busy weeks when routines tend to slip.
