When Kate finished marathon training, she knew she needed something different. “I had just finished training and running a marathon and needed a change in workout,” she said. “I didn’t want to go back to the same routine of lifting at a big box gym.” Other training options nearby in Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee felt too big or not challenging enough—until she found ThriveFit.
