At ThriveFit, we believe strength training isn’t just about looking better - it’s about living better. That’s why this week, we’re rolling out the Thrive Tracker, a system to establish personalized fitness baselines for every member in our Ponte Vedra Beach gym.
The Thrive Tracker includes 8 essential exercises designed to assess mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health. These benchmarks are backed by research showing that improvements in these areas can lead to a significant reduction in all-cause mortality - in fact, hitting the “optimal” range can reduce your risk by up to 47%.
Each movement aligns with a core strength or mobility pattern that plays a vital role in your ability to function well as you age. For example, grip strength alone has been shown to predict longevity and overall vitality.
We’ll track your results quarterly and adjust your programming in our small group training sessions or 1:1 personal training to help you progress toward optimal performance.
