Season of Strength: Stay Active, Stay Accountable, and Finish the Year Strong
Stay active through the holidays with ThriveFit's Season of Strength challenge. Learn how Myzone accountability and consistent strength training can help you finish the year strong.

November 3, 2026

The holiday season is one of the easiest times of year to let your fitness routine slip. Between travel, family gatherings, holiday parties, and an already busy schedule, workouts can quickly fall to the bottom of the priority list.
Before you know it, January arrives, and you're back to trying to rebuild the routine you had before the holidays.
This year, we're taking a different approach.
At ThriveFit Training in Ponte Vedra, we're challenging our members to make November and December a season of strength. Instead of putting fitness on hold until the New Year, we're focusing on consistency, accountability, and making time for our health throughout the busiest time of the year.
What Is the Season of Strength Challenge?
Our Season of Strength challenge uses Myzone heart rate technology to help members stay active and track their effort throughout November and December.
The goal is simple:
- Earn 1,200 Myzone MEPs in November.
- Earn another 1,200 Myzone MEPs in December.
- Meet the monthly goal in both months to qualify for our prize drawing.
One lucky winner will receive free training in January for themselves and a friend!
Why Myzone MEPs?
Myzone uses heart rate data to measure physical effort and award Myzone Effort Points, or MEPs. Points are earned based on how hard you're working relative to your individual maximum heart rate.
That means the challenge isn't about being the fastest, lifting the heaviest, or having the highest fitness level. It's about putting in consistent effort based on your own abilities.
Whether you're strength training, walking, cycling, hiking, or participating in another activity that gets your heart rate up, Myzone gives you a way to track your effort and stay accountable.
Consistency Beats Perfection
Here's the reality: maintaining your health doesn't require a perfect workout schedule or an all-or-nothing approach.
It requires showing up regularly.
A few missed workouts don't undo your progress, and one particularly active weekend doesn't make up for weeks of inactivity. What matters is building a routine you can maintain over time.
The holidays are a great opportunity to practice that consistency. Schedule your workouts, take walks with family, stay active while traveling, and find small ways to keep movement part of your daily routine.
You don't need to abandon your holiday plans to prioritize your health. You just need to make room for both.
Don't Wait Until January to Get Started
At ThriveFit Training, our goal is to help adults build strength, improve mobility, and maintain the fitness they need to enjoy life for years to come.
Our Season of Strength challenge is one way we're helping members stay engaged and motivated through the holidays. With structured strength training, personalized coaching, and Myzone accountability, we're making it easier to keep fitness on the calendar.
And when January arrives, you won't be starting over. You'll already have two months of consistent effort behind you.
Make this holiday season count. Stay active, keep showing up, and finish the year stronger than you started.
