At ThriveFit, we believe that when women come together to support their health, incredible things happen—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. That’s why we’re hosting a special Women’s Workout on Tuesday, April 29 at our Ponte Vedra gym, designed to celebrate and uplift the amazing women in our community.
This session is especially for moms, female small business owners, and hardworking women who do it all—juggling family, careers, and everything in between. It’s more than just a workout. It’s a chance to prioritize your health, connect with like-minded women, and take a well-deserved pause to recharge. You’ll be guided through a strength-focused session built around the principles of personal training, emphasizing real results, functional movement, and long-term fitness success.
