We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Josh to the ThriveFit team — and if you’re a runner or have a middle school or high school athlete at home, this is big news.

Josh brings over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, high school cross-country and track coach, and a USA Track & Field–certified endurance coach. His passion is simple: help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform with confidence.
