Anastasia has always been in motion—from soccer and ballet to half-marathons, rock climbing, and hiking. Her passion for fitness eventually led her to strength training, where she discovered how building strength could improve performance, boost confidence, and support long-term health. Strength training helped her appreciate her body for what it could do, and that experience shaped her mission to help others feel strong, capable, and supported in their own fitness journey.

With a background in architectural design and real estate, Anastasia has spent years studying how the right environments can improve people’s lives. At ThriveFit Training in Ponte Vedra, she brings that same mindset to creating a welcoming, community-focused space where adults of all experience levels can build strength safely and effectively. Her goal is to make fitness accessible, sustainable, and empowering—through expert coaching, functional strength training, and small group personal training that helps members stay consistent and injury-free.

On her days off, you’ll usually find her rock climbing at Stone, playing pickleball, or soaking up sun at the beach.
